Surrey County Council are working in partnership with Surrey Heartlands Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) to run the Green Prescribing test and Learn site. We will use data from this website to inform the Programme and share our findings and statistical data with Surrey Heartlands CCG as well as the national Green Social Prescribing team lead by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) and NHS England.
