News on Green Prescribing

The Thriving with Nature fund aims to help local community groups start or grow innovative projects which use the great outdoors to support Surrey residents in Horley or Stanwell to improve and sustain their health, independence, and wellbeing within their local community.

We will be awarding one-off grants of up to a maximum of £ 10,000 per successful applicant for creative and innovative community projects that develop accessible nature-based interventions to reduce isolation and loneliness, and improve health and wellbeing.
